Artists and owners Mark Gabriel (painter) and Jessie Wallace (filmmaker/producer) have created art internationally in various forms and are bringing their collective experiences and interests to the Todos Santos art scene with Galería Militar (on Militar Street in Todos Santos).

In 2020, the gallery expanded its mission by planning a new season of exhibitions, featuring both local Todos Santos residents and international artists. The relaunch of the space featured Gabriel's new series featuring figures from tropical high society, which he began working on in early 2020.

The gallery hosts annual themed exhibitions as well as annual fundraising events to support: Local Arts (Film Festival), Children's Education (The Palapa Society), Children's Healthcare (The Padrino Foundation), and Spay and Neuter Clinics (Perro Santos).
