The festival aims to celebrate and preserve the unique cultural identity of Baja California whilst also introducing an ‘international’ element to
the event’s chemistry, which is normally less accessible to the local community. It serves as a platform for residents to showcase their
traditional arts, culinary delights and musical talents while getting to actively participate with the global scene.
